Outparcel Development
Through our Outparcel Development program, Phillips Edison creates places that benefit communities and help retailers thrive.
Our dedicated team of development experts focus on acquiring, building, and leasing outparcels within and adjacent to our established grocery-anchored centers.
The Outparcel Development program includes:
- Multi-tenant Development: Our seasoned team effecitvely designs, entitles, and builds a variety of multi-tenant buildings within and outside of our shopping centers.
- Build to Suit: Through our deep retailer relationships, we know how to find and build outparcels uniquely suited to maximize sales for our tenant neighbors.
- Aquisition and Joint Ventures: We are actively purchasing outparcel sites and partnering with owners to unlock the value in their land.
